According to the self-rate guidelines, Tony Dawson would have to self rate at 5.0, due to him being a player previously ranked in the top 400 in the world age 56-65. If he decides to play league, an investigation into how he managed a 4.5 rating might need to happen. Nonetheless, good tournament for him.
Indeed, number one. Now that the Borg are destroyed we don't really have anything better to do with our time. See to it while I do my own investigation about why Jordi and Data have been spending so much time in the Holodeck in a recreation of the Castro neighborhood circa 2000.
Dolgoff emphasized how important holography will be in the future Gene Roddenberry needed to be accurate he needed introduce this importance in the future in Star Trek. Thats for you Treky
It's funny to see these so called "captains" who recruit high school players, recruit players off other teams, and are now bringing in out of town players, complain about Dawson. Do some research dude, he has a computer ranking and was a 5.0 for several years. Also, he barely beat Keith, who was a 4.0 until recently.
Keith is an outstanding 4.5 player. Expect him to do well this year in Major Zone tournaments and league play.
Congrats to Andy Swanson. Great win over Rick Shirley.
Captains do recruit from other teams. Done all the time.
Most Captains are familiar with all the recruiting rules. As long as it is legal, players should enjoy the competition.
I watched Tony Dawson play. My opinion is he would be a great addition to 4.5 league if he is legal. Great competition improves players. Keith did not complain after his loss.
Looks like Mike lost another player--Colin Cohen due to self rating. Appeal is in process.
He is sixty for Christ sake, give him some credit for still playing at such a high level. As far as 5.0 goes, no chance in the summer heat against the competition.

When will 4.5 predictions start??
Who says Tony Dawson is a self rate?

Congratulations Mr. Dawson!
Way to keep it going at age 60!.. Inspiring for us younger folks to see you going all the way, playing multiple 3 setters over a single weekend.
Keep it going!
